Lizzie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a BS in biology in 2022. In December 2022, she joined the Microbiota Therapeutics Program. Within the program, Lizzie primarily works with the production team, focusing on manufacturing intestinal microbiota transplant products and assisting with DNA extraction for various research studies.

In her pursuit of a medical career, Lizzie is preparing for medical school, studying for the MCAT and working on her applications in her spare time.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Lizzie in Northern Wisconsin and Minnesota, visiting friends and family. She enjoys spending time with her family dogs, Gunnar and Otis, and is also active as a member of an ambulance crew in Baldwin.
