Katie joined the Microbiota Therapeutics Program in June of 2024, after graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a B.S. in Biology. Katie’s primary role in the program resides within the lab. Assisting in various R&D efforts to advance the potential of our program. Katie is simultaneously working toward her Masters in Nutrition, with a hope to connect her nutritional knowledge to the development of gastrointestinal diseases and other related immunological conditions.
Outside of work, Katie loves hiking with her dog, skiing, volunteering, and spending time with her friends. She also works part time as a server and bartender, which has become an enjoyable pastime.
