Mike Matson

Mike joined the Microbiota Research and Therapeutics team in 2019 after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Nutrition Science. Since joining the team, he has worked as the donor program coordinator and assists with the production of intestinal microbiota transplant therapeutics. Mike also works as a research scientist looking at how different diets change gas production in an individual. He is currently working on his Master of Biological Sciences and hopes to attend medical school in the future.

In his free time, Mike enjoys yoga, biking, seeing live music, going to new restaurants and breweries, and going on walks with his dog, Homer.
